-The service provided by LexingtonLaw is engineered from the ground up with credit report repair in mind. LexingtonLaw offers two levels
of service. First, the LexingtonLaw results-tested regular service utilizes the Fair Credit Reporting Act to remove inaccurate and
unverifiable items from your credit reports. Second, the LexingtonLaw Concord upgrade incorporates additional legal interventions which
may expedite your results. Whichever service level you choose, we will leverage our entire arsenal of credit experience and powerful
strategies on your behalf.
How It Works:
Step 1: Customer forwards the credit reports to LexingtonLaw. The customer begins each cycle by forwarding to LexingtonLaw
copies of his or her credit reports from all three of the major credit bureaus. Keep in mind that the credit bureaus will only correspond directly with the
customer, not his law firm. Without receiving these updated reports LexingtonLaw has no way of knowing which items were removed successfully. Updated
reports should be mailed to LexingtonLaw, not faxed or emailed.
Step 2: Choose which items to dispute. Once credit reports are received LexingtonLaw their staff enters the information into their database.
Using our online Dispute Valet service provided by LexingtonLaw, you then choose which items to dispute, and how. Sound complicated? Not to worry.
LexingtonLaw provides an easy-to-use wizard that makes this step a simple matter of pointing and clicking with your mouse.
Step 3: LexingtonLaw works the case. LexingtonLaw begins the dispute process by drawing upon its vast arsenal of credit report repair
strategies and experience to challenge questionable negative items directly with the credit bureaus. Depending on the number of questionable items on the
customer's credit reports this step will be repeated for each subsequent loop through the cycle. (Clients who have selected the upgraded Concord level of
service offered by LexingtonLaw, will receive additional legal interventions such as account history investigations pursuant to several consumer protection
statutes.)
Step 4: Sit back and relax. The credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate the dispute. After that, they must inform the customer of the results of
their investigation, update the credit report and send a copy of the updated report. It usually takes 60 days between the day LexingtonLaw sends a dispute and
the customer receives an updated report. When the customer receives a response from a bureau, he should make a copy of the updated report then send the
original to LexingtonLaw to move the case forward. Thus the cycle begins anew, this time hopefully with fewer questionable items on your credit report.
